The world of education is a dimension that cannot be separated from the influence of technology. One form of technology development used in the world of education today is an electronic learning application known as e-learning. The application of learning is an important point in the application of a learning model and the learning model is one of the determinants of the success or failure of teaching and learning activities to achieve the learning objectives that have been formulated. The learning objectives are not only how students can understand the given theory but also the development of aspects such as cooperation, respect for opinions and problem solving abilities. To fulfill this development, the learning strategy should accommodate students for the development of learning in the world of education. One of the learning models that can be developed and adopted to place students at the center of learning is the application of the Problem Based Learning (PBL) model which is combined in the form of web-based e-learning. The purpose of this study is to design a web-based e-learning learning information system with the application of the PBL model. The software development method in designing this learning information system uses the SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) method using the PHP and MySQL programming languages. The research will be conducted by observing activities and obstacles in the teaching and learning process of Software Engineering subjects at SMK Maritim Nusantara Padang Pariaman. This research produces a Web-based e-learning learning information system with the application of the Problem Based Learning model. With the application of the learning model students can understand the theory and have the ability to solve problems related to these subjects. The system is supported by e-learning applications, so that it can help students learn anytime and anywhere.

The research aims to analyze the online learning process during the Covid-19 pandemic in SDIT Luqman Al-Hakim Sleman. This research uses qualitative research with the type of case study. Research to analyze the online learning process during pandemic Covid-19 in SDIT Luqman Al-Hakim Sleman. Data and data sources in this study have basic data and supporting data. The technique for data retrieval in this study is using interviews, then observation, and documentation. Data analysis techniques conducted with data reduction, data presentation, and withdrawal of conclusions (verification). The results of the research of SDIT Luqman Al-Hakim in assisting teachers to prepare online-based learning, by providing subsidies in the form of Internet quota to each teacher, the school gives this help to see online learning requires Internet data, besides the school also provides the account of the school institution. Education is now integrated with technological developments, especially developments towards the era of industrial revolution 4.0, this is seen based on the many popular Learning Management Systems (LMS) including Moodle. Through this study, searching for the best LMS with the concept of data mining uses the Knowledge Discovery in Database (KDD) method which is applied to students in the Yogyakarta area as many as 246 people. Moodle devices that were made were tested and given to schools with attribute testing, used as many as 16 attributes including the appearance of Moodle which was considered interactive or not, speed of application access, features possessed by Moodle to the user's final conclusion. Evaluation using the Receiver Operating Characteristic (ROC) curve and looking at the value graph with Area Under Cover (AUC). Data is processed with Rapidminer software with 9 KDD steps. From all data, empirical data testing will be conducted so that a model from Moodle LMS is formed. The results of the study show that the accuracy value is above 90%, indicating that the technique of applying data to software is categorized very well. So that the main focus in determining LMS is said to be the best can be validated and ascertained accurately in calculating data retrieval from teachers, students and school equipment as the object of research.
