Sequencing and phylogeny of sulphonamide resistant genes by using MEGA6 software program.

Abstract: There were eight local partial sequences of sulphonamide resistant genes(sul1gene) in Salmonella Typhimurium that isolated from human and animals. These genes that coded for integrase family proteindiagnosed byconventional polymerase chain reaction (PCR), the amplicon products thensequenced and these sequences were registrated in gene bank-NCBI for obtaining accession numbers, then downloaded ofglobal sequences for this gene to find relationship among local and world strains at phylogenic tree of these sequenc… Show more

“…BLAST searches were performed and homologous sequences were downloaded from the National Center for Biotechnology Information (NCBI) database (Chen et al, ). Sequences were aligned and connected using MEGA6 software (Jawad, Ayyez, & Kleaf, ). The phylogenetic location of the strains in the Diaporthales was revealed by performing a phylogenetic analysis using the ITS sequence.…”

“…To construct a MIKCc-type MADS-box gene phylogeny tree using MEGA (Version 6.06) [30], aligned protein sequences from three plant species, Arabidopsis, O. Sativa, and D. latiflorus were employed. The phylogenetic tree was constructed by applying the neighbor-joining method with amino acid p-distance, and the reliability was obtained by bootstrapping 1000 times.…”
