Sequencing grey games

Abstract: The job scheduling problem is a notoriously difficult problem in combinatorial optimization and Operational Research. In this study, we handle the job scheduling problem by using a cooperative game theoretical approach. In the sequel, sequencing situations arising grom grey uncertainty are considered. Cooperative grey game theory is applied to analyze these situations. Further, grey sequencing games are constructed and grey equal gain splitting (GEGS) rule is introduced. It is shown that cooperative grey games… Show more

“…In IR, relevance denotes how well a retrieved document or a set of documents meets the information need of the user. Moreover, ranking, as a significant task for many applications in IR as well as other domains such as scheduling, 1 scores retrieved documents in terms of relevance order. There are two major approaches to challenge the ranking problem: traditional approach and learning to rank.…”

“…Li [22], in his work, solved matrix games with different uncertainties using Atanassov's intuitionistic fuzzy environment. Several monographs and articles have been published in game theory [1,3,4,5,11,13,15,17,18,19,21,33,34,35,36,37,38,39,50] having many real-life impacts. Linguistic term set in neutrosophic environment through game theory can be viewed as a new concept.…”
