Series-parallel connected 10W/cm<sup>3</sup> Dc-dc converter for advanced high-density converter design

Abstract: A novel approach has been proposed to expand the possibility of high-density converter design. The approach is based on series-parallel connection of low-power isolated dc-dc converters. A DC 384V -DC 384 V 2.4-kW isolated converter with 10 W/cm 3 has been fabricated, and experimental results have been shown to confirm the validity of the proposed approach.
