Abstract: Introduction. To determine the seroprevalence of HIV, HBV, HCV and Treponema pallidum in voluntary blood donors. Materials and methods. A retrospective study was conducted during an 18 years period (1998-2010) at the National Center of Blood Trans- fusion, Antananarivo.
