Abstract: Uterine serous carcinoma is a representative histological subtype of endometrial type II cancer. Uterine serous intraepithelial carcinoma is thought to be a precursor lesion of uterine serous carcinoma. Uterine serous intraepithelial carcinoma is frequently found to involve an endometrial polyp.
