Service Deployment of C4ISR Based on Genetic Simulated Annealing Algorithm

Abstract: This study considers a service-deployment problem of C4ISR(Command, Control, Communication, Computer, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance) system under service-oriented architecture.
