Shigella flexneri antibody levels in healthy subjects from various regions of the United States.

Abstract: A survey of sera collected from seven geographic areas of the United States and Mexico for shigella agglutinating antibodies revealed considerable variation from one area to another in the number of sera with high titer levels. These findings are discussed.
