Objective: to analyze the technological production of three professional master programs in the area of Nursing. Method: documentary research on primary sources. A total of 100 graduate nurses from three professional master’s programs in Nursing in the Southeastern region of Brazil were analyzed, based on the following variables: time of training, typology of products; context of products and technological and educational classification, welfare and management. The study was guided by the question: “How is the technological production of the dissertation of the professional master’s degree according to typology, context and technological classification? The analysis of the data was based on the construction of a table that categorized the products according to the typology. Results: development of techniques was the main type of product found, being expressed by flowcharts, protocols, guidelines and training courses. The products were mostly developed in the hospital context, in the educational technology format. Conclusion: the technological production of the analyzed programs is restricted, diffuse and, in its majority, of low social impact and has no relevance in the body of the dissertation. Despite the wide possibility of conclusion work, the dissertation, accompanied by an article and/or technical productions, is the main form of presentation.

Objective: to discuss the different impacts - technological, political, social and economic - of Graduate Program in Nursing at the Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina, problematizing their indicators and their adequacy to the field of Nursing and Health, according to the genesis and nature of Nursing care, the Nursing science and its interfaces with other fields of knowledge. Method: a study conducted in July 2021 based on documentary sources extracted from an institutional form, for evaluating graduates and annual reports of the Program in the period between 2011 and 2020. The documentary data were submitted to descriptive analysis. Results: the technological, political, social and economic impacts and their respective indicators are presented as proposed by the Coordination for the Improvement of Higher Level Personnel for the evaluation of graduate programs. The evaluation of the impacts of graduate education in Nursing indicated that it represents a challenge to be faced, given the difficulties identifying quantitative and qualitative evidence allowing such verification. Conclusion: important impacts of the Program are evidenced; however, the indicators and respective criteria are questioned regarding the best adequacy and completeness to the field of Nursing and Health, according to the genesis and nature of Nursing care, the Nursing science and interfaces with the other fields of knowledge. Therefore, it is urgent to invest in studies and to propose indicators and criteria to evidence the real impact of the Graduate Programs in Nursing on society.

O objetivo do estudo foi validar um instrumento para acompanhamento de egressos de programas de pós graduação stricto sensu na área do Serviço Social, realidade essa que se mantém como um desafio para todos os programas no Brasil. Trata-se de estudo de validação de conteúdo, retrospectivo e descritivo, com abordagem quanti-quantitativa, para averiguar se os itens do instrumento representam adequadamente o constructo em foco, nesse caso, o acompanhamento de egressos. As dimensões do instrumento foram categorizadas em cinco eixos: caracterização dos egressos; formação profissional; produção intelectual; atividade de ensino, pesquisa e extensão; e atividade político-organizativa, que vêm possibilitando avançar no sentido do efetivo acompanhamento dos egressos, na elaboração de estratégias para melhoria da gestão do programa e críticas reflexivas sobreo sistema de formação ao nível stricto sensu no Brasil. Conclui-se que a opção por validação de conteúdo foi suficiente não só para o acompanhamento de egressos como desempenho do domínio de interesse do estudo mas, também, se revelou como estratégia na corresponsabilização do corpo docente do programa nesse processo.
