Simple rhodium–chlorophosphine pre-catalysts for the ortho-arylation of phenols

Abstract: Simple chlorodiisopropylphosphine adducts of rhodium, either pre-formed or formed in situ, prove to be highly effective catalysts for the ortho-arylation of phenols.
