Abstract: Objective: Dural reconstruction after transpetrosal approaches is complicated because complete primary closure of presidmoid dura mater is difficult to achieve. To address this problem, we use biocompatible polyglycolic acid (PGA) felt (Durawave) to reconstruct dural defects.
