Simulation analysis and experimental study on high frequency friction noise of vehicle V-ribbed belts

Abstract: In order to improve the service life of the V-ribbed belt and the ride comfort of the vehicle, the friction noise of V-ribbed belt was studied by simulation and experiment. A theoretical model of V-ribbed belts vibration is established, and the conditions for unstable vibration are derived.
