Abstract: A Síndrome hemofagocitica (SHF) é um quadro caracterizado por uma proliferação maligna de histiocitos com intensa atividade fagocitaria de células saudáveis, ocasionando a ativação sistêmica de macrófagos, levando a um processo inflamatório agudo grave, rapidamente progressivo.
