The purpose of this study is to find out and analyze the disharmony of notary arrangements as reporting parties in efforts to eradicate money laundering. This research uses qualitative methods and normative juridical approaches, as well as descriptive analytical research specifications. The results of the study indicate that the notary arrangement as one of the reporting parties in the effort to eradicate the money laundering crime regulated through a government regulation has violated the principle that the applicable laws and regulations can only changed by laws and regulations that are equivalent or higher, has also violated several principles of the formation of good laws and regulations, including institutional principles and also the principle of conformity.

In a pluralistic society like Jakarta, it is very possible for marriages with religious backgrounds to occur. Marriage with two different religions is very unlikely because the law requires that the marriage be carried out in one religion. Hindus generally adhere to the patrilineal principle in the sense that the man is the head of the family. If there is an interfaith marriage, the wife must follow the husband's Hindu religion. However, it often happens that if there are marriages with different religious backgrounds, many Hindu men in DKI follow the religion of their wives. This causes the number of Hindu families to decrease. The results of the study show that a postmodern society like Jakarta often does not follow their religious norms, religion is seen as an obstacle to their freedom. Another factor of the weak maintenance of Hindu identity in husbands who engage in mixed marriages is the weak understanding of religion so that they easily convert to the religion of their wives.

Interfaith marriage in the midst of a plural society has become a major influence in the life of Indonesian society. Indonesian society which is plural with different values, traditions, cultures, beliefs and religions makes it possible for interfaith marriages to occur. This paper will describe interfaith marriages in the midst of a plural society by examining the text of 1 Corinthians 7:12-16. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative approach. Analyze and explain specifically the social events that occur in a plural society. The results of this study found out the opinions of Muslim, Christian, Catholic, Hindu, Buddhist and Confucian religious leaders regarding interfaith marriages. In addition, after learning about interfaith marriages, the researcher examines the text of 1 Corinthians 7:12-16 as a basis for Christian theology on how to react to it, as well as the relevance of the text of 1 Corinthians 7:12-16 for today's Christians.AbstrakPerkawinan beda agama di tengah-tengah masyarakat plural menjadi sebuah pengaruh besar dalam kehidupan masyarakat Indonesia. Masyarakat Indonesia yang plural dengan nilai, tradisi, budaya, keyakinan dan agama yang berbeda-beda mengakibatkan perkawinan beda agama dimungkinkan terjadi. Tulisan ini akan menguraikan perkawinan beda agama di tengah-tengah masyarakat plural menelisik teks 1 Korintus 7:12-16. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dengan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Menganalisis dan menjelaskan secara spesifik peristiwa sosial yang terjadi di masyarakat plural. Hasil penelitian ini mengetahui pendapat para tokoh-tokoh agama Islam, Kristen, Katholik, Hindu, Budha dan Khonghucu tentang perkawinan beda agama. Selain itu, setelah mengetahui perkawinan beda agama, peneliti menelisik teks 1 Korintus 7:12-16 sabagai dasar teologi Kristen bagaimana menyikapinya , serta relevansinya teks 1 Korintus 7:12-16 bagi umat Kristen masa kini.
