Síntesis y caracterización de nanoparticulas de CdS obtenidas por microondas

Abstract: En este trabajo se presentan los resultados de la síntesis de nanoparticulas semiconductoras de CdS por medio de microondas. Se usó Tioacetamida (TAA) y CdCl 2 para la obtención de las nanoparticulas, se controló térmicamente con microondas a una potencia de 1000W, un tiempo de 60 segundos bajo el ajuste de diferentes valores de pH: 8, 9 y 10.
