Abstract: Sarcomatoid carcinoma (SC) is a rare, complex, aggressive tumor that spreads rapidly, is highly malignant, and has metastasized. Surgical resection is the primary treatment, and it usually occurs in the lungs and kidneys but rarely in the neck.
