The coronavirus pandemic is still a main concern for various levels of society. Changes in people's lifestyles have triggered companies to switch to the right new business strategies to control their businesses during the COVID-19 pandemic. The unemployment rate, which increased by 7.07 percent due to the pandemic, needs to be suppressed by opening new jobs. The Triple Layered Business Model Canvas (TLBMC) is a method that can be used by Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) to collaborate with the surrounding community in improving their quality of life during the pandemic. This research was conducted to identify the development of the TLBMC method, which can be obtained from literature studies from 2016 to 2022. The method used in this study is the Systematic Literature Review (SLR). This study uses the Exponential Comparison Method (MPE) to minimize bias in assessing the quality of the selected literature. The results showed that from 27 pieces of literature, nine topselected literature with total scores above 5019 points could support research on applying TLBMC in CSR. This study found the importance of CSR collaboration with the community in restoring the economic cycle in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic with the support of the TLBMC method.

This study designed a system to determine outstanding employee selection using a Decision Support System (DSS) with the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method and the Technique for Order of Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS). The purpose of this study is to analyze the accuracy in making decisions. The stages of this research are collecting employee data and criteria data, then weighting the criteria and assessment, after that the calculation uses the AHP and TOPSIS methods, and the last step is the analysis of the calculation results and the calculation of accuracy. The criteria used are attendance, years of service, permission, and discipline. Implementation for building applications using the PHP programming language and MySQL database. The results of the calculation of the accuracy obtained by the AHP method are 100%, as well as the TOPSIS method at 100%. The results of the AHP calculation show that the first rank results are obtained with a value of 0.02525, namely employees with code K8, while the results of the TOPSIS calculation show that the first rank results are obtained with a value of 0.955236913, namely employees with code K8. This shows that the two methods have the same results in determining the first rank of employees, however the TOPSIS method is better than AHP because the TOPSIS calculation process is carried out twice normalization so that it does not produce the same value.

One of the computational methods that is currently developing is the Decision Support System method. Decision Support System is part of a computer-based information system including a knowledge-based system that is used to support decision making. In choosing a school, prospective students tend to follow their friends without knowing which school to go to in accordance with educational standards. The Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method was declared feasible because it is faster and more effective, so it can be ascertained that the application of the AHP method can solve problems in the selection of superior schools in Nias Regency. Alternative data consisted of SMAN 1 Gido, SMAN 1 Botomuzoi, SMAN 2 Gunung Sitoli, SMAN 1 Gunungsitoli. Data criteria include Teacher Education, Building Conditions, School Cleanliness, Facilities. Processing of SPK using the AHP method resulted in the school of SMAN 2 Gunung Sitoli having the highest score of 2.68. Web-based system built using PHP with AHP decision support methods and MySQL database.
