In technological developments in the industrial era 4.0, especially in the field of electronics, the concentration of control is in the form of industrial automation systems. This development began with the emergence of several controllers, including microcontrollers and microprocessors. One of the functions of this development is to make human work easier by controlling a system automatically, for example automated parking. In this article, a method for designing and making a prototype of a Based on Outseal Studio and Haiwell Cloud Scada to Check Parking System Availability using Arduino Nano on The Miniature Parking Lot is written. The work process in this system is to monitor work flow in the area of a parking slot and record the number of vehicles in each slot. parking. This system is controlled via Arduino nano PLC which then displays using SCADA, namely Haiwell Could SCADA. This parking system is designed to connect parking slots, open automatic door latches and provide information in the form of data reports for each slot to the parking attendant. The results of implementing this system are able to make it easier for parking officers to control the parking area as well as increase the security of the parking area and minimize the loss of vehicles parked in each slot.Keyword: Arduino nano PLC,Outseal studio,SCADA,Slot,Parking area

Proses pemantauan area parkir yang saat ini masih menggunakan cara yang manual untuk mengetahui ketersedian slot parkir, proses pemantauan tersebut dilakukan dengan beberapa cara seperti mencatat jumlah kendaraan yang masuk serta melihat secara langsung keadaan dari kendaraan yang sedang parkir. Metode tersebut tentu menyebapkan beberapa kendala bagi petugas parkir maupun para pengguna parkir, dimana kendala tersebut antara lain sulitnya untuk mendapatkan informasi mengenai ketersedian slot parkir serta sulitnya untuk mengetahui dimana posisi slot parkir tersebut. Sistem Monitoring Ketersedian Slot Parkir ini menggunakan Mikrokontroler ESP8266 sebagai pengolah data yang memanfaatkan Sensor Ultrasonik yang diletakan di beberapa titik area parkir, dimana penggunaan sensor tersebut berfungsi sebagai alat masukan yang kemudian diproses oleh mikrokontroler dan diteruskan ke Access point, kemudian terkirim langsung ke Internet setelah itu akan diproses oleh server sehingga data tersebut akan tersimpan ke database MySQL dan ditampilkan dalam bentuk visualisasi dengan bantuan bahasa pemrograman javascript. Sehingga para petugas dan pengguna parkir dapat melihat dan mengetahui ketersedian slot parkir yang masih kosong.

Plasma darah digunakan sebagai sampel biologis dalam menentukan kadar senyawa obat dikarenakan konsentrasi dari obat akan berikatan dengan reseptornya dan menentukan besar kecilnya efek farmakologi yang diberikan dari suatu obat. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui keakuratan plasma darah manusia sebagai sampel pada beberapa metode validasi dengan berbagai analit yang berbeda. Metode penelitian yang dilakukan adalah dengan melakukan studi literatur pada beberapa jurnal yang kredibel dengan kriteria jurnal 10 tahun terakhir mengenai penentuan kadar senyawa obat dalam darah manusia. Hasil yang didapatkan dari lima analit yang berbeda yaitu glibenklamid kombinasi dengan metformin, formalin, vankomisin, lisinopril dan a-mangostin yang telah dilakukan uji validasi dengan berbagai metode validasi yaitu SPE-MIP dilanjut KCKT, spektorofotometer UV-VIS, KCKT-UV, UPLC dan KLT densitometri dengan menggunakan sampel plasma darah manusia, semuanya memenuhi persyaratan validasi. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa, plasma darah manusia yang dijadikan sebagai sampel dalam uji validasi dengan berbagai metode dan analit yang berbeda yang telah dilakukan seluruhnya akurat karena seluruh metode uji validasi memenuhi persyaratan.
