The work makes the sketch of the radical criminology and its propose of alternative criminal policy, toward criticize the partial legitimation system perspective. Analyses the Penal Law as a proletarian tool and its failure on the defense of the differential punishment policy on the high classes to bring a social chance onto socialism.
