Sister chromatid exchanges and ion release in patients wearing fracture fixation devices

Abstract: The quantification of sister chromatid exchange (SCE) during mitosis is a useful index for evaluating genotoxic effects in subjects occupationally or incidentally exposed to potentially toxic substances.
