Sleep Habits of Elementary and Middle School Children in South Texas

Abstract: Background. Sleep difficulties, including insufficient sleep and inadequate sleep hygiene, have been prevalent among children. Sleep deprivation can lead to poor grades, sleepiness, and moodiness.
