Small RNA Sequencing of Aqueous Humor and Plasma in Patients With Primary Open-Angle Glaucoma

Abstract: Identify differentially expressed microRNAs (miRNAs) in aqueous humor (AH) and blood of primary open-angle glaucoma (POAG) patients by using small RNA sequencing.
