Smart grid-oriented algorithm of data retrieval and processing based on cRIO

Abstract: the purpose of this project is to build a platform consisting of hardware and software bits in the CompactRIO smart grid monitoring system. "Smart Grid" refers to technologies that are using computer-based remote control systems to operate electric power distribution systems.
