Soccer Sports Injuries and Trauma in Junior High School Athletes.

Abstract: We investigated soccer sports injuries and trauma in junior high school athletes in Saga prefecture by questionnaire and direct examination.Regarding past history of injury, sprain was the most common. 212 (26.4%) athletes were not satisfied with their play due to pain and its after effects. As a result of direct examination, knee injuries comprised 46.3% of all injuries and of all knee injuries, Osgood-Schlatter's disease was the most common.
