Social adaptation of children with cancer after prolonged treatment

Abstract: The article is an overview of foreign studies on the socialization of children with cancer in medical history. Studies show that the presence of cancer diagnosis is the strongest stress factor for the child, as well as his long-term hospitalization, painful medical procedures, asthenization, emotional deprivation, separation from the usual lifestyle and close relatives.
