Social Capital and Knowledge Sharing in Knowledge-Based Organizations

Abstract: The study aims to understand the social and organizational factors that influence knowledge sharing. A model of knowledge management and knowledge sharing was developed inspired by the work of Nahapiet and Ghoshal.
