Sociological Support of Personnel Policy of Social Service Organizations

Abstract

The purpose of the article is to discover the latest trends, principles and methods of personnel policy realization of the social service organizations. In the article on the example of the social service organizations the author argues in favor of improvement of the personnel policy of the organization on the basis of the study of the principles and methods of its realization. Monitoring revealed the dynamics changes of directions, principles and methods of personnel policy. The positive and negative aspects of personnel policy are identified. The priority directions of personnel policy are defined, the methods and principles of the personnel policy are specified. The most actual directions of personnel policy are the professional recruitment; evaluation and certification; creating a favourable atmosphere. The administrative methods are the most effective. The priority principle of the personnel policy is the principle of improvement of professional
