Abstract:Parathyroid carcinoma is an extremely rare cause of hyperparathyroidism. Histologic diagnosis may be challenging. DAB, male aged 66 was submitted to subtotal gastrectomy because of a localized gastric adenocarcinoma (intestinal type). A mild primary hyperparathyroidism was simultaneously found.
