“…Primary MZBLs of MALT-type have been described in a variety of sites, including gastrointestinal tract (1), thyroid gland (4) , lung (5), salivary gland (6), and ocular adnexa (7) associated with clinical setting of autoimmune diseases or chronic inflammation, usually Sjogren' s syndrome, Hashimoto' s thyroiditis, and Helicobacter pylori infection.
