Abstrak: Pemantauan Status Gizi 2020 Kabupaten Gorontalo menyatakan temuan kasus stunting wilayah Kecamatan Tilango sebesar 151 kasus (15,1%) dan wilayah Kecamatan Telaga Jaya sebesar 73 kasus (7.5 %), SSGI 2021 prevalensi stunting di Kabupaten Gorontalo sebesar 28,3 %. Salah satu upaya pencegahan stunting dilakukan dengan menggunakan pendekatan intervensi spesifik dan sensitif. Intervensi gizi spesifik, yakni intervensi yang berhubungan dengan peningkatan gizi dan kesehatan. Intervensi gizi sensitif, seperti penyediaan air bersih dan sanitasi. Tujuan kegiatan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan ibu balita dan ibu hamil tentang pencegahan stunting melalui intervensi spesifik dan sensitif, menggunakan metode penyuluhan, pemantauan tumbuh kembang, kelengkapan imunisasi, pemantauan konsumsi Tablet Tambah Darah dan sumber air minum. Mitra yang terlibat mitra pendukung (Kepala Desa, aparat desa dan kader kesehatan) dan mitra sasaran (ibu hamil, ibu yang memiliki anak usia 0-59 bulan sebanyak 80 orang). Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan pengetahuan baik 81,25%, cukup 12,50% dan 6,25% kurang. Tumbuh kembang dan kelengkapan imunisasi menunjukkan 90,56% sesuai. Gambaran konsumsi TTD sebanyak 23 orang baik dan 4 orang kurang baik, sumber air minum keluarga yaitu air isi ulang 13 orang, air PDAM 58 orang dan 9 orang menggunakan sumur bor.Abstract: The 2020 Nutrition Status Monitoring of Gorontalo Regency stated that the findings of stunting cases in the Tilango District were 151 cases (15.1%) and the Telaga Jaya District area were 73 cases (7.5%). Partners involved are supporting partners (Village Head, village officials and health cadres) and target partners (pregnant women, mothers with children aged 0-59 months). The results of the activity showed good knowledge of 81.25%, 12.50% enough and 6.25% lacking. Growth and development and completeness of immunization showed 90.56% appropriate. An overview of the consumption of TTD as many as 23 people are good and 4 people are not good, the family's source of drinking water is refill water for 13 people, PDAM water for 58 people and 9 people use drilled wells.
