Abstrak: Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif yang dilakukan bertujuan untuk membuktikan secara empiris pengaruh work life balance, dan burnout terhadap kepuasan kerja pada karyawan retail di kota Samarinda. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan retail di kota Samarinda sebanyak 130 karyawan. Teknik pengambilan sampel penelitian ini menggunakan Teknik non probability dengan metode purposive sampling. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan SPSS 25 for windows. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa work life balance (X1) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja (Y) pada karyawan retail di kota Samarinda, burnout (X2) tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja (Y) pada karyawan retail di kota Samarinda. Kedua variabel yaitu work life balance (X1) dan burnout (X2) secara bersama-sama (simultan) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja (Y) pada karyawan retail di kota Samarinda.Kata Kunci: Work Life Balance, Burnout, Kepuasan Kerja Abstract: This research is a quantitative study conducted to empirically prove the effect of work life balance, and burnout on job satisfaction in retail employees in Samarinda city. The subjects in this research were 130 retail employees in Samarinda city. This research sampling technique uses non-probability techniques with purposive sampling methods. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS 25 for windows. Based on the results of the study found that work life balance (X1) has a significant effect on job satisfaction (Y) on retail employees in the city of Samarinda, burnout (X2) has no significant effect on job satisfaction (Y) on retail employees in the city of Samarinda. Both variables, namely work life balance (X1) and burnout (X2) together (simultaneously) have a significant effect on job satisfaction (Y) on retail employees in Samarinda city.
