Souverainistes et libéraux en lutte au sein du champ de l’Eurocratie

Abstract: Qui a défendu la constitution d’un marché intérieur de la défense au sein du champ de l’Eurocratie à la suite de l’adoption en 2009 du « paquet défense » ? Cette analyse met en lumière les acteurs de l’armement qui ont travaillé à ce changement d’action publique et ceux qui s’y sont opposés.
