“…Recently, the guiding principle of human rights has been reinforced and broadened by the UN Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities. This has led to a call for inclusion with the aim of ensuring that universal human rights are exercised by the particularly disadvantaged group of people with disabilities (Winkler, 2014), although this goal is also relevant to other groups that are particularly affected by discrimination (Schmitt & Uçan, 2021).
