Sparsity-based nonlinear reconstruction of optical parameters in two-photon photoacoustic computed tomography

Abstract: We present a new nonlinear optimization approach for the sparse reconstruction of single-photon absorption and two-photon absorption coefficients in the photoacoustic computed tomography (PACT).
