Spatiotemporal Modelling of Endemic-epidemic Cholera in Nigeria

Abstract: This study used a multivariate negative binomial model to capture the Spatiotemporal endemic-epidemic of infectious disease and explore the spatial and temporal patterns of cholera outbreaks in Nigeria.
