“…The probability of transitions determining the peak amplitudes at F m ± F p depends mainly on the structure and physical conditions, including the temperature and magnetic field (Т and В). The combination frequencies are poorly resolved for the Al x Ga 1-x As heterostructures [4], which results only in asymmetry of the F m peak corresponding to the harmonic at the fundamental frequency. The peaks at F m ± F p for the InAs/AlSb structure have high amplitudes.…”
