“…Several patients with Becker's melanosis have been described who have had a variety of associated structural anomalies of the underlying soft tissue and bone. They include hypoplasia of the ipsilateral breast, ipsilateral limb shortening, lumbar spina bifida, pectus carinatum, pectus excavatum, scoliosis, localized lipoatrophy, congenital adrenal hyperplasia, accessory scrotum, polithelia, and elephantiasis neuromatosa 6–12 . The majority of the developmental anomalies have been “hypolastic” in nature, implying atrophic or developmental defect of the structure described or associated with the altered sexual hormonal activities 6 …”
