Spectrum Sharing Optimization in Cellular Networks under Target Performance and Budget Restriction

Abstract: Abstract-Dynamic Spectrum Sharing (DSS) aims to provide opportunistic access to under-utilised spectrum in cellular networks for secondary network operators.
