The focus of recent studies has been on 3D printing technologies. Models are manufactured using magnetic resonance imaging, computed tomography, or echocardiography in three dimensions (3D printing) , and the process is also known as additive manufacturing. The debate about 3D printing's function in cardiology is the main focus of current studies . To decrease the mortality rate due to heart related diseases like cardiac arrest , which has been tremendous in recent times, 3D printed models serve as a savior of life. To illustrate, during COVID-19, the coronavirus created a global pandemic and a huge global demand for medical equipment. The shortage of time and the high level of social distancing make it difficult for the government and medical professionals to face the pandemic. In those critical times, 3D printing models were used to develop medical equipment and explore its potential by addressing the shortage of equipment. The physical models are printed using various methods like Fused Deposition Modeling, Polyjet, Stereolithography, Selective Laser Melting, and Sintering. This also enhances the practical knowledge of students and surgeons and revives confidence in the patients and their families.

Friction stir welding (FSW) is increasingly utilized in aerospace for welding dissimilar Al–Mg alloys without melting, overcoming fusion welding challenges. This summary highlights FSW’s key aspects for dissimilar Al–Mg alloys and its aerospace relevance. These alloys are widely used in aerospace due to their beneficial properties, but fusion welding faces issues like brittle intermetallic compounds (IMC) and decreased mechanical properties. FSW addresses these challenges by using a rotating tool to generate frictional heat, plasticizing the material for solid-state joining without melting. This reduces IMC formation, enhancing joint strength and mechanical properties. Critical parameters like rotational speed, traverse speed, tool design, and process variables are emphasized for optimal FSW of dissimilar Al–Mg alloys. Joining these alloys is crucial in aerospace for applications such as aircraft structures, engine components, and fuel tanks. FSW offers advantages like weight reduction, improved fuel efficiency, and structural integrity enhancement. It allows welding dissimilar Al–Mg alloys with varying compositions for tailored material combinations meeting specific needs. In conclusion, FSW of dissimilar aluminum alloys is promising for aerospace, creating defect-free joints with improved mechanical properties. However, further research is needed to optimize parameters, explore tool designs, and validate long-term performance in aerospace environments.

In this contemporary world, coating plays a vital role to improve the mechanical property of the material, complete chemistry and structure of the material need not be altered instead surface modification is more than enough to reduce the degradation of material through corrosion accumulation of the dust on the surface and the contact angle between the water and the surface is the major focus. the current article, current work gives the collective result of different types of coating like dip coating, sol-gel, spray coating, spin coating, plasma coating, chemical vapor deposition, and lithography in comparing all the methods of coating with spin coating it can convert the surface into a superhydrophobic surface with more contact angle of 165° with the coating microns of 10 to 30 micron, and dip-coating having a contact angle 160° with coating 3 microns, the sol-gel coating having contact angle 115°-165° with coating 20 microns, spray coating having contact angle 164° with coating 7 microns, plasma coating having contact angle 144° with coating 25 microns, chemical vapor deposition having contact angle 159.3°with 20 microns, lithography coating has a contact angle of 160° with coating 33 microns, whereas other coating techniques like dip, spray, plasma coating, chemical vapor deposition, and lithography have constraints with contact angle respectively.
