The research aims to find out the problems in managing entrepreneurship education in Islamic boarding schools organized by Job Community Training Centers or Balai Latihan Kerja Komunitas (BLKK). The research uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach, while the data analysis technique uses a systematic literature review (SLR). Data sources from secondary data from https://scholar.google.com/ and https://sinta.kemdikbud.go.id/ websites range from 2016 to 2023. The research findings that the problems faced include Islamic boarding school entrepreneurship, socialization, instructor trainers, communication and cooperation, evaluation, and alumni. Meanwhile, effective strategies facing challenges include increasing the use of business or work financing through banking, baitul maal wattamwil, sharia cooperatives, and zakah, infak, sadaqah, waqf; updating information on the job training, marketing of work results and use of social media; upgrading instructors; coordinating with BBLK and empowering teachers according to competency; increasing cooperation with minimarkets or retail businesses to market products and support with BLKK; improving management and evaluation through increasing facilities and types and participants of training; recommending mentoring and channelling alumni into the industrial world, helping to provide business capital and forming BLKK alumni associations. Further research examines entrepreneurship education management strategies in job community training centres with focus group discussions accompanied by an analytical network process.

Nurul Jadid Paiton Probolinggo Islamic Boarding School is one of the largest Islamic boarding schools in the East Java region, located on Jl. Kyai Zaini Mun'im in Karanganyar Village, Paiton, Probolinggo, founded by KH. Zaini Mun'im, in 1948 one of the Islamic boarding schools that implemented the modern system. However, they still apply the old pattern by accepting updates without changing the teachings of the Qur'an and Al-Hadith. With the guidance that he directs to the surrounding community, little by little, they learn to understand the importance of religious knowledge. This study aims to analyze the management strategy of Islamic boarding schools in tackling students' illegal money in transactions conducted at the Nurul Jadid Paiton Islamic Boarding School, Probolinggo. Pondok Pesantren Nurul Jadid Paiton Probolinggo has implemented the use of E-Provision services for students or digital money since early 2017. This research uses qualitative case study research conducted through observation and interviews. Data analysis was carried out through data presentation, data reduction, and conclusions. The results of the study show that Nurul Jadid students still use cash in transactions, so Nurul Jadid students need help to manage daily financial expenses determined by their parents; each of them exceeds the limit set in the student's E-Bekal. However, E-Provision management has provided good facilities, served as well as possible and served extra to overcome problems and help provide satisfaction for students and guardians.

Islamic education in Islamic boarding schools is very interesting to study, because firstly, there are many assumptions about the quality of Islamic education in Islamic boarding schools which state that Islamic boarding schools are old-fashioned Islamic education that is not in harmony with the development of the current modern era, so it is necessary to take strategic and urgent steps in in order to develop Islamic education in Islamic boarding schools, for example by collaborating on traditional Islamic boarding schools with modern Islamic boarding schools, secondly, Islamic boarding schools need to carry out development so that they can meet the expectations of the community, third, in the era of globalization which is marked by advances in science and technology. In writing this article, the author tries to analyze the collaborative implementation of the Salaf Education curriculum at the Miftahussudur Campor and Khalaf Islamic boarding schools at the Misbahul Ulum Campor Islamic Boarding School. From the research that the authors conducted on the implementation of education in the two Islamic boarding schools, in the implementation of Islamic education, there were two things that the authors wrote about in this thesis, namely 1. the implementation was carried out at the Miftahussudur Campor Islamic Boarding School and the Misabahul Ulum Campor Islamic Boarding School with the origin of responding to current developments 2 The results of interviews with Islamic boarding school caretakers who are of concern in the implementation of the collaboration between the two schools. During an interview with the author, he stated that what became the basis and continued survival of Islamic boarding schools in implementing this system were the factors of sincerity and sincerity as well as adequate human resources.This is an open-access article under the license
