Spontaneous Coronary Artery Dissection and Its Management: A Case Report

Abstract: We illustrate a notable case of an elderly male presenting to a community hospital with six out of 10 substernal chest discomfort and electrocardiogram changes consistent with an anterolateral myocardial infarction.
