Spontaneous healing of a ruptured mycotic aneurysm of the posterior mitral leaflet: Unexpected resolution of a severe mitral regurgitation

Abstract: Mycotic mitral valve aneurysm (MVA) is a rare complication that may develop in the course of isolated mitral valve (MV) infective endocarditis (IE).
