Stabilities, and electronic and piezoelectric properties of two-dimensional tin dichalcogenide derived Janus monolayers

Abstract: First-principles calculations were performed to investigate the stabilities, and electronic and piezoelectric properties of Janus SnXY monolayers (X = O, S, Se, Te; Y = O, S, Se, Te; X ≠ Y).
