State-Wide Elections, Optical Scan Voting Systems, and the Pursuit of Integrity

Abstract: Abstract-In recent years, two distinct electronic voting technologies have been introduced and extensively utilized in election procedures: direct recording electronic (DRE) systems and optical scanner (OS) systems.
