Statistical Evaluation of the Determination of Red Cell Acetylcholinesterase Activity

Abstract: The dithiobisnitrobenzoic acid method for the determination of red cell acetylcholinesterase (AChE) activity, performed by means of a diagnostic ‘kit’, has been evaluated.
