In 2021, Indonesia produced a total waste production of 65.2 million tons annually, which makes Indonesia ranked sixth as the largest waste producer in the world. This is due to the high consumption behavior of the community. The purpose of the study was to determine the relationship between attitudes, waste management policies, and the support of public health workers with littering behavior in RW 09 of the Mampang Puskesmas working area of Depok city in 2022. Quantitative research with cross-sectional research design. The population in this study are all residents residing in RW 09 Mampang Village, Depok city, with a total of 574 families in 4 RT. Sampling is done by random cluster sampling and obtained as many as possible as 236 samples are divided into 4 RT. The data used primary data through the dissemination of questionnaires processed through the stages of editing, coding, scoring, and cleaning as well as secondary data derived from books and literature. Data analysis was conducted univariate and bivariate with a chi-square test. The results showed no relationship between attitude with a pvalue of 0.016 (p<0.05) and OR=2.003, no relationship between waste management policy with a p-value of 0.255 (p>0.05), and no relationship between the support of public health workers with a p-value of 0.177 (p>0.05) with community behavior in littering in RW 09. The better the attitude of the community towards the behavior of littering, the better the pattern of garbage disposal behavior.
