Tlogosari Village is located in Tlogosari District, Bondowoso Regency. The residents of Tlogosari Village generally have a livelihood in agriculture, both as farmers, farm labourers, as well as casual daily laborers and animal husbandry. The location of this village area is quite far from the city center of Bondowoso, but the level of facilities and business environment in this village is quite advanced, although it is overshadowed by early marriage. This, of course, stems from the low level of public understanding of the importance of maturing the age of marriage for the health and future of Tlogosari Village youth. This socialization was carried out by involving the Village Government, the Tlogosari Police, extension workers from the BKKBN, with the organizers being students participating in the STIE Mandala Real Work Lecture. The result was that the responses from the participants who came from junior and senior high school students around the Tlogosari District area were very enthusiastic and it turned out that the high rate of early marriage in this area was also due to encouragement from parents.

The changing system in the current learning process at all levels of education due to the coronavirus pandemic. This study aimed to conduct literature review on project-based online learning during the Covid-19 pandemic and the impact on policies toward home learning activities. A project-based online learning system offers many ways to access learning materials for teachers and students. Many online learning platforms and media can be accessed for free. Some of the free platforms that have proven effective for managing online learning include Google Classroom and Edmodo. At least 12 free online learning resource applications can be used during the Covid-19 pandemic, including Rumah Belajar, ICANDO, Meja Kita, Indonesia X, Kelas Pintar, Google for Education, Microsoft Office 365, Quipper, Ruang Guru, Zenius, Sekolahmu, and Cisco Webex. Some obstacles in implementing online learning include limitations of the Internet and unfamiliar knowledge of teachers and students about the application of online learning media. Therefore, more effort is needed to address these issues, starting with individuals, families, educational institutions, providers, and government services.

Kondisi dunia saat ini dihebohkan dengan hadirnya virus yang mengancam kesehatan setiap manusia. Virus ini memiliki akibat yang sangat fatal yaitu dapat menyebabkan kematian. Penyebaran COVID-19 yang sangat meresahkan membuat pergerakan disegala bidang mengalami terhambat, untuk mengurangi banyaknya orang yang terpapar maka harus diberlakukannya 5M terdiri dari: memakai masker, mencuci tangan, menjaga jarak, menjauhi kerumunan dan mengurangi mobilitas. Bhakti Karya Praja IPDN Tahun 2021 yang dilakukan oleh penulis memiliki tujuan yaitu untuk membantu Kecamatan Muara Bangkahulu Kota Bengkulu dalam melakukan inovasi pelayanan yang mengharuskan adanya pembatasan interaksi pihak kecamatan dan masyarakat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pendekatan kualitatif dengan pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi dan analisis data menggunakan tiga tahap yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Pelayanan pembuatan e-KTP masih dilakukan secara manual oleh Kecamatan Muara Bangkahulu, dibutuhkan adanya inovasi pelayanan baru yaitu dengan menambah pelayanan online, maka pada pelaksanaan BKP penulis mengajukan pelayanan online berbasis whatsapp pada pembuatan e-KTP guna memudahkan pelayanan yang diberikan oleh pihak Kecamatan Muara Bangkahulu kepada masyarakat dan untuk menghindari penyebaran COVID-19. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa gagasan penulis kepada Kecamatan Muara Bangkahulu dapat diterima oleh Camat Mura Bangkahulu dan jajarannya dan program ini sudah berjalan cukup baik.
