Strategi Kepala Sekolah Dalam Optimalisasi Kinerja Guru di SD Negeri 2 Gombong

Abstract: Masalah penelitian ini difokuskan pada strategi kepala sekolah terhadap optimalisasi kinerja guru. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui strategi yang dilakukan, implementasi strategi, dan implikasi dari strategi tersebut dalam mengoptimalkan kinerja guru.
