This paper examines an emerging economy in terms of the correlation between poverty and greenhouse development as a tool contributing to higher returns of individual households that can be applied in the socio-economic system as a whole to address underdevelopment. Farming acts both as production and consumption factor. Favorable climatic and technical conditions for conducting this type of economic activity stimulate theoretical and practical scientific interest in the problem. The research target is farming as a type of economic activity, an integral element of a national economic complex. The subject of the study is greenhouse farming as a factor of the socio-economic system that affects living standards of the population. The research methodology is based on universally recognized systems concepts and phenomenological principles of scientific investigation, mathematical calculations and software data processing. The findings of this study demonstrate a high dependence of private subsidiary farms as greenhouses on the country's population employment fluctuations. The paper presents an economic model that reflects the dependence of the unemployment poverty on factors of agricultural production, household structure and total household returns. The conducted research revealed a close relationship between intensified greenhouse farming with the level of poverty in the country.

It is established that for the effective functioning and ensuring a high level of competitiveness of agricultural formations it is necessary to qualitatively develop all the constituent elements of the resource potential of the business entity. The main place in this belongs to the assessment and effective use of fixed assets, material, labor, financial, information components of the resource potential of the agricultural enterprise as a basis for successful and socio-economic development of the whole system. It is determined that the strategically oriented resource potential of agricultural formations is the availability of a sufficient number of quality resources of the economy and strategic competencies in the management to form and implement a strategy of action to achieve the goals of the enterprise. Methods for assessing the effectiveness of resource management of agricultural formations are studied. The method of determining the integrated indicator of the efficiency of the resource potential of the enterprise in terms of financial, material and labor resources is considered. Integral assessment allows you to compare the achieved level of management efficiency as a whole resource potential of the enterprise and its individual components for a certain period, for a better understanding of the situation, the period is chosen not less than 5 years. Formed stages of the process of forming strategic management of resource potential of agricultural formations which include strategic analysis, development of strategic goals, formation of strategic standards, strategy selection depending on the level of resource potential, formation of measures to ensure effective strategy implementation, evaluation and control of the proposed strategy. The assessment of the level of efficiency of resource potential management and its components of agro-formation is carried out and the matrix of actions according to the reached level of efficiency of resource potential management is filled. The calculation of single, group, complex and integrated indicator of efficiency of management of resource potential of agroforming is carried out. The defined level remains only at a sufficient level, which necessitated the formation of an overall strategy for resource management. A system of strategic management of resource potential is proposed, which demonstrates the process of formation of resource potential and exerts managerial influence on economic processes and its strategic development. The system of strategic management of resource potential is primarily focused on the effective implementation of the functions that underlie agricultural formation. The basis of the developed system was the task of rational and balanced formation of resource potential and to ensure the competitiveness of the economy.

O presente trabalho objetivou analisar como se delineia o planejamento estratégico e como é a sua aplicabilidade na gestão organizacional de uma rede de farmácia na cidade de Irati-PR. A pesquisa se caracterizou como qualitativa, do tipo básica, e de natureza descritiva. Para levantamento dos dados foram aplicados questionários aos colaboradores e proprietários, assim como também foram feitas observações a fim de analisar os aspectos observados em estudos bibliográficos. Como resultados alguns pontos observados na prática da gestão organizacional da farmácia continham relações com a teoria, como: o planejamento em si para cada tomada de decisão, marketing, relacionamento com cliente, aperfeiçoamento de técnicas e atendimento, percepção e prevenção quanto à concorrência. Para isso, os gestores utilizavam recursos de gestão advindos da busca teórica na rotina da empresa, permitindo que a farmácia se mantivesse em elevado nível de competitividade. Logo, nota-se que assim como na teoria, a gestão organizacional aplicada nas práticas do dia a dia, de modo rígido, eleva a competitividade da organização, pois satisfaz tanto o cliente final que a torna competitiva em relação à concorrência quanto seus colaboradores que fundamentam a manutenção da competitividade no mercado.
