Strategic Plan for a Regional Innovation Center and Business Accelerator of Southern Sonora Using Megaplanning and Balanced Scorecard

Abstract: The Center for Regional Innovation and Business Acceleration of Southern Sonora has requested assistance in preparing its strategic plan for the next five to ten years of its evolution. The objective was achieved by generating 11 strategic initiatives.
